1. Introduction
BigBroBudget provides arrival concierge services for global newcomers to the UK — including students, workers, tourists, and dependents. Our services include SIM setup, bank account support, starter kits, housing, meals, and real-time helpdesk.

2. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent, and provide accurate personal/travel details.

3. Nature of Services
We facilitate services, but don’t directly own SIM networks or banks. Users must accept third-party terms where applicable.

4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for updating travel info, submitting correct details, and not misusing the service.

5. Payment & Refunds
Prices are in GBP.
Refunds are only for duplicate/error transactions or failure of our service.
No partial refunds once external processes (e.g., SIM/card setup) begin.

6. Non-Arrival Policy
If a user fails to arrive in the UK within 60 days of expected date:
- All services (SIM, bank setup, kit delivery) will be automatically cancelled
- No refunds will be provided
This ensures service availability and regulatory compliance.

Data is collected only with user consent
No third-party sharing without permission
Users can request data deletion

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for third-party delays, user mistakes, or government decisions.

9. Service Suspension
We may modify, suspend, or revoke access for misuse, fraud, or non-compliance.

10. Revenue Streams
BigBroBudget also earns through affiliate partnerships (SIM, bank, housing, meals). Users are never charged extra for this — it’s a transparent, value-added model.

11. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms follow UK law and will be governed accordingly.
